Let's locate the accelerator cable on your bike. Look at the right side handle of your bike or motorcycle. (direction from driver position)
With the help of spanner, loosen the accelerator adjustment nut by slowly rotating the nut in anti-clockwise direction.
Loosen the nut, till you see few threads on the bend tube.
After loosing the nut, lubricate the inside metallic cable with oil or spray. (Doers recommend to use throttle cable lubricant specified by bike manufacturer. If you wouild like to know more about specification, contact Doers car or bike service mechanic near you)
After sufficient lubrication, you can tighten the nut. With the help of plier tightly hold the metallic tube and tighten the nut slowly by rotating in clockwise direction till you get the enough tightness.
Now it's time to check the response. Letís check accelerator actuator response by slowly rotating accelerator actuator. If required, start the engine or take a test drive to understand the difference better. If there is no improvement in the response or any vehicle service issue, contact your nearest certified Doers mechanic for door step service.
